Terms & Conditions

• Cost is $49 per person (adult or child) regardless of the duration of the vacation.
• The cost is not refundable under any circumstances.
• Must be added to the file at the time of booking or on the same day as the original booking.
• Applicable to bookings made between Tuesday August 18th, 2009 and Thursday October 15th, 2009 for departures Between Tuesday August 18th, 2009 and Friday April 30th, 2010.
• Available for sale on all Sunquest Southern Sun charter-based package vacations.
• Not apllicable to Sunquest cruise packages.
• Not applicable to Group bookings.
• If one passenger on the file wants to take the offer, all passengers must take the offer.
• Once the Promo is selected, no name changes are permitted.
• If the number of occupants in a room decreases, the remaining passengers will be responsible for any additional costs applied to the file as a result of the change in occupancy.
• If a reservation is eligible for an Early Booking Bonus (as featured on specific hotel pages in the current Sunquest Southern Sun brochure), that particular bonus’s payment schedule will apply. Any cancellations once deposit and/or full payment is applied (in order to receive such hotel’s Early Booking Bonus) will be credited in the form of a Future Travel Voucher. Should a passenger request a price reduction after payment is on file, the difference will be credited by Future Travel Voucher.
• If conditions are applicable where full payment is required at the time a booking is made, the ‘No Deposit’ portion of this promotion will not apply.
• This offer is valid on new bookings only (effective Tuesday August 18th, 2009).
  

NO Deposit When you Book!*
Other then the $49 per person fee required to opt-into this promotion, no other deposit is required to confirm a reservation. *Unless the price reduction option is exercised.

 NO Cancellation Fees!**
If the cancellation of an individual(s) at any time is necessary for any reason, the following conditions will apply. Cancellation outside 45-days prior to the scheduled departure is permitted without charge.

Cancellations inside 44 days and up to 24 hours prior to scheduled departure are also allowed and passengers will be credited in the form of a Future Travel Voucher

Cancellation is also permitted without charge inside 44-days and up to 24-hours prior to scheduled departure time however, cancellation after full payment is applied to a file will be credited in the form of a Future Travel Voucher.

Cancellation inside 24-hours prior to scheduled departure time will be assessed at the standard brochure-stated charge which is 100% non-refundable.

Taxes and transportation-related fees  will be credited in the Future Travel Voucher.

NO Worries if Prices Fall!***
Should a package price be reduced in the Sunquest reservation system at any time prior to 45-days prior to departure, a price reduction request can be made if the advertised reduced price is for the identical package (i.e. same departure date and flight and same hotel and room category) that was originally booked. Sunquest will not price-match a competitor’s advertised reduced price for the identical package.

The Sunquest websites (Sunquest.ca and Sunquestagent.ca) will be the governing authority for establishing the correct and current price of a vacation package if a price reduction request is being made. The price reduction request must be made on the same day that the reduced price is advertised (i.e. price reductions cannot be back-dated) and space must be available.in the system. 

Once a price reduction request is permitted and the booking price is reduced, the file is subject to the standard brochure–stated deposit at that time (a $250 per person deposit).

Only one price reduction request is permitted per booking in conjunction with this promotion’.

 Future Travel Vouchers
Should a passenger(s) need to cancel for any reason under this promotion and the credit  is applied in the form of a Future Travel Voucher, the following conditions will apply.

Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, have no cash value and there are no credits for unused portions.

Vouchers will be issued to each individual on a booking and name changes are not permitted.

Vouchers must be used (applied to a future travel reservation) within 12-months of the cancellation date (issue date of the voucher).

Vouchers must be redeemed on a reservation made up to 60-days prior to the desired departure date.

Vouchers can be redeemed on all Sunquest and ALBATours charter product. There are no black-out dates.

Vouchers may be applied to any costs associated with a booking including the payment of taxes and transportation-related fees and insurance.

A voucher cannot be split and applied toward the payment of two or more individual bookings or toward other passenger’s payments.

Online Bookings
Unfortunately due to the nature of the online payment process of various travel sites, you may be billed a deposit or for entire amount of trip at time of booking. If you wish to take part in the no deposit portion of this offer, please call us at 416-628-5549 (Local) or toll free1-877-411-6359.

Plus as an added bonus, passengers flying from Toronto or Vancouver will receive complimentary access to one of the Plaza Premium Lounges in the terminal (a pay-per-use VIP lounge featuring a bar, hot and cold buffet, magazines/newspapers, washroom facilities, internet access and more). This is a value of up to $35 per person. A voucher will be issued with the passenger’s electronic documents and must be shown at the lounge reception desk for entry. Plaza Premium Lounge vouchers must be redeemed within a year of the issue date (the date that the electronic documents are issued for travel).
